Elizabeth

Elizabeth (portrayed by Lynda Boyd) is the wife of Paul, an escaped inmate from Cumberland State Correctional Facility, Virginia.

Biography

Elizabeth was pleasantly surprised to discover that Paul had escaped from prison and returned for her and her son. However, she discovered that Paul had escaped with a fellow inmate, Steve, who was infected with an unknown disease that caused enormous pustules on his head. He tasked Elizabeth with trying to help him as much as possible while he prepared bus tickets so they could flee the country. While Paul was preparing the tickets, Steve died, and Elizabeth was sprayed with a liquid when one of the pustules burst. She was arrested shortly afterward by U.S. Marshals led by Tapia, but Paul managed to escape.

Placed in an isolation chamber by Pinck Pharmaceuticals agents, she was interrogated by FBI Special Agent Fox Mulder about Paul's whereabouts. Although initially reluctant, she agreed to answer Mulder's questions after realizing that she and her husband were infected. After revealing Paul's location, she died from the infection. (TXF: "F.
